💧 How to use

Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops in 5 ml carrier oil (coconut, jojoba) before applying. Massage gently onto the desired area. Internal: Add 1 drop to a glass of water or place under the tongue. Use only therapeutic-grade oils and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Chemically, Pink Pepper essential oil contains mainly Alpha-phellandrene (5-35%), Myrcene (5-35%), Beta-caryophyllene (0.1-10%). These compounds are responsible for the oil's characteristic therapeutic effects.
