Niaouli essential oil (Melaleuca quinquenervia) is a Respiratory oil, well known in aromatherapy for its remarkable properties. Gentle relative of Tea Tree. 💧 How to use

Aromatic: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser with water and diffuse for 30-60 minutes. You can also inhale directly from the bottle or from your palms (rub 1 drop between hands). Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops in 5 ml carrier oil (coconut, jojoba) before applying. Massage gently onto the desired area.

🧪 Chemical composition

Chemically, Niaouli essential oil contains mainly 1,8-Cineole (55-65%), Alpha-terpineol, Limonene. These compounds are responsible for the oil's characteristic therapeutic effects.

From a safety perspective, Niaouli essential oil is considered safe during pregnancy when used properly. It can also be used for children with age-appropriate dilutions.
