Common Sage essential oil (Salvia officinalis) is a Purifying oil, well known in aromatherapy for its remarkable properties. Powerful purifier. Reduces sweating and boosts memory. Not the same as Clary Sage. Its main uses include: Sweating, Menopause, Oral infections, Immunity, Memory, and more.

💧 How to use

Aromatic: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser with water and diffuse for 30-60 minutes. You can also inhale directly from the bottle or from your palms (rub 1 drop between hands). Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops in 5 ml carrier oil (coconut, jojoba) before applying. Massage gently onto the desired area.

🧪 Chemical composition

Chemically, Common Sage essential oil contains mainly Thujone, Camphor, 1,8-Cineole. These compounds are responsible for the oil's characteristic therapeutic effects.

From a safety perspective, Common Sage essential oil should be avoided during pregnancy. It is not recommended for young children without supervision.
