💧 How to use

Aromatic: Add 3-5 drops to a diffuser with water and diffuse for 30-60 minutes. You can also inhale directly from the bottle or from your palms (rub 1 drop between hands). Topical: Dilute 1-2 drops in 5 ml carrier oil (coconut, jojoba) before applying. Massage gently onto the desired area. Internal: Add 1 drop to a glass of water or place under the tongue. Use only therapeutic-grade oils and do not exceed the recommended dose.

Chemically, Cardamom essential oil contains mainly Terpinyl acetate (25-50%), 1,8-Cineole (25-50%). These compounds are responsible for the oil's characteristic therapeutic effects.
